tatum...

Hello everyone, I just wanted to write a quick post requesting prayers for my friend Tatum. As many of you know, I'm a volunteer for Young Lives. I'm working with Tatum, a 14 year old freshman in high school, who just found out she's pregnant. Her mom is pushing for abortion, but she is considering adoption. She went to her doctor's appointment on Monday, and she and her mom are still "considering their options".

I have had a very hard time getting ahold of Tatum because she only has a home phone, and she's never home due to work and school. I've emailed her several times and have only received 2 emails back from her. Please pray that I'm able to get ahold of her before we leave for our Cruise on Monday. Also pray that she will not decide to abort her baby before she's able to talk with someone about other options. Wait...pray that she will not decide to abort the baby period. I know that this time is very crucial.

Please pray that God would surround His arms of protection over Tatum and her baby. Pray that I or someone else will be able to minister to Tatum during this critical time.
